i have been eating too much carbs. crackers. brread. i need more fruit veg and wh grains.
MY FEET STILL HURT. I HAVE ALONG WAY TO GO.
207.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week
