Msh agk bingung nih...dan msh terus belajar biar dietnya lebih baik lg& ga debus😄 Sya mkn sllu kalorinya -+1400kal itu d calkulatornya buat yg kegiatan olganya 2-3x tp say olga 3 - 5 x seminggu tapi durasinya cuma 15-30 menit..kra2 hrus mkn d kal yg mna?
