Dang it .....🙄 oh well keep trying 😡 Still have the knowledge that what I’m putting in my body is better exercising and feeling better. And that will always be good!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
