I did better this past week and lost back two of the three pounds I had gained the week before. That's good. Hoping to snack less this week - when I get stressed, I mindlessly eat, and that usually means things that require lots of hand to mouth movement like chips, popcorn, nuts, candy... So trying to be more mindful this week.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
