Hi I have been on a lot of different diets and I have gone up, down and up again and each time it was about losing weight. I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver and I have put a lot of weight on around my middle. I recently had to fast for a procedure so I decided I would make that the starting point for my road to health, I don't want to become diabetic or any other illness that being overweight can bring so I have started this journey to health not weight loss and I plan to stay with it. I love chocolate, chips hot chips and all the bad stuff but I love my grandchildren more and want to be around to enjoy them so wish me luck 😀
