Ate like a horse over the weekend - and didn't walk like I thought I would... oh well.

I've been in a "oh well" mode for about 10 days. The Girl Scout cookies did me in. I finally had to give the rest away so they aren't tempting me. I think you will be okay, and I will try to get motivated again.

Now just go to the racing tracks and run like a horse... several laps...problem solve.. ha ha...I feel ya buddy ...we all do the same thing sometime...your still doing a fantastic time;)

Appreciate the words of encouragement. I realized that it could (in part) be that the Metformin I was on for years (previously) had suppressed my appetite... so, knowing is half the battle.
