I've been in a "oh well" mode for about 10 days. The Girl Scout cookies did me in. I finally had to give the rest away so they aren't tempting me. I think you will be okay, and I will try to get motivated again.

Appreciate the words of encouragement. I realized that it could (in part) be that the Metformin I was on for years (previously) had suppressed my appetite... so, knowing is half the battle.
