Down again this morning. I think we're at about 2006 as far as weight goes. I keep moving back in time. I'm staying away from that death trap dress I got caught in last weekend until we're at 2000.
Walked the dogs briskly last night, was super good all week long. I even got that stupid watch to consider it as exercise. That's always an accomplishment. No mountains required.
