Well I am new to this site, have been watching my weight now for a week. My big cravings are for chips and chocolate, havn't had much of either in the last 7 days, spoke to my doc about cutting out the sugar and junk food, his advice " just warn family and friends that you are gonna be a bit of a bitch for a while 😳
