Have not lost a pound since the 12th......
Dieting perfectly!!!
I am getting stronger and putting on muscle so scale cant move
cuz i am exchanging muscle for fat.
Its OK,...I feel great!!

It's great when you can see results in ways other than the scale. My weight loss hasn't been as much in pounds than I expected, but I feel great, and I can see myself getting smaller.
