If you use it as a sauce carrier it will be fine. It doesn’t taste like much on its own but is a great option as a substitute

The pasta is Konjac noodles by Slendier Slim suzq1973 I’ve got a pic of them somewhere on here. This particular brand I use doesn’t have a funky smell, I understand some of them do
