I have had a good day today. I got out in the backyard and mowed all 2000quft so My hubby doesn't have to on his only day off tomorrow. I feel really good after. I just wish the girls were happy and would have let me take a walk. Maybe I can after my hubby gets home from work. I think I might just be able to lose this weight I need to lose.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
