hai kak @ami mahadi, caranya cuma komitmen sama yakin ke diri sendiri.. kalau diatas 2minggu bb belum turun coba evaluasi lagi diet sama olahraganya.. istirahat cukup, jgn stres dan banyak minum air putih.. semoga berhasil kak.. ttep semangat jgn menyerah
