Pantangannya sih mkanan mnuman yg byk gula..tapi sekali2 cheating2 juga dikit..hehehe..dietnya bwa santai..soalnya mknan tggi protein tu ngenyanginnya lama..jd keinginan ngemil juga brkurang banget.
