12 each side Rotational DB Straight Leg Dead Lift
15 Back Extensions with DB Row
10 Chinups
10 Hanging Leg Lifts
12 DB Front to Lateral Raises
15 Dips with Leg Raise

700 calorie burn cardio

Hit some golf balls too ... good day for calorie burning.
