Yesterday walked 18 holes ...

10 Hanging Leg Lifts
2x12 One leg DB Ab Rotation-Row

30 minutes Cardio

Yard work and hit some golf balls to round out the calorie burn.

Was tempted to eat some crappy food today, planned for it on the diet calendar, but decided against it ... tomorrow will be an overfeeding day ... so will just wait to indulge until then.

So, since I'm a bad golfer and have to take more swings - do you think that makes me burn more calories when I go play? :) Great job resisting the (oh so yummy) crappy food.

Absolutely! The swings are what generate the most burn! Swing away. And hey, I suck at golf, but still love it. Resisting a greasy burger and fries, which use to be a staple for me, along with tons of other garbage daily, is tough. Don't get me wrong, I will still eat some nasty food, but putting it off one day is a little victory. I read your journal and commented ... I just have to say congrats ... no one but yourself is worth what you are trying to do ... and as hard as you are working at it ... i don't see any reason not to feel positive about the weigh in ...
