I barely ate "Reasonably Well" yesterday. I missed hitting the gym also. I got into the Halloween candy late last night, otherwise I would have eaten at 100% of goal. It bothers me when I do that... Today is another opportunity to get it right!!!
156.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay away! I have no control over candy once it touches my lips so I stay away as best as I can. You shall turn it around.

No worries John...unless this is the start of a daily habit, wink, wink... I'm already prepping for another B-day supper. A very good friend of mine turns 56 today...she's also the "nana" of our grandkids ;)
