Well, I hit the 10 pound mark today and I am so proud of myself! I feel kind of guilty at times because this is the laziest diet ever and it's actually working. Seriously, I don't have to deal with crazy meal plans or shakes, or fasting, etc, I just keep my calories below 1500/day (usually 1300), keep the sugar to a minimum, and try to have a good portion of protein with each meal. Easy!
I hope to continue on this positive trend, I have 6 pounds to go if I want to reach my mini goal of weighing 175 by the end of the first week in September. That's 4 weeks away. Onward!
