7.5 lbs and still going... I had a bit of a pity party after I cheated the other day but I hopped right back on track and am feeling good about my progress. I feel like 15 lbs is when I am going to start being able to SEE the difference. I already FEEL the difference, more energy from eating good food and I don't feel so puffy and bloated from putting crap into my body all of the time. Onward!
