I never thought I would have a problem getting enough calories. Seriously, I've eaten 3 meals, had sugar in my coffee, and still have a snack planned for later and I am only at 1100'ish calories. I'm full and don't want to force myself to eat but am worried if I don't eat more calories than my body might go into starvation mode and stop allowing me to lose weight.
Ugh!
