i found a great tasting brown rice puffed cereal.It is called Alf'sNatural Nutrition. It has only 60 calories per 1 cup serving with 1/2 cup of 1% milk it has only 120 calories. I buoght it at Wal-Mart, and I don't know if it is a regional item. you could probably ask customer service if they can order it if their store does not carry it. The name of the company who makes it is Nutritional Food Products. Their Address is PO Box 398 Mecca, California 92254. The UPC code is 0-71986-12062-4. I hope all of the Wal-Marts carry it. If not I hope this is enough information to order it. If you sprinkle one pack of Splenda on them they taste like Sugar Smacks. I am going to work out now, everyone have a great day!
