Finally Saturday! Nice and peaceful here. Having my 2nd cup of coffee. U-2 concert playing in the background. Cat sleeping on DH's desk - not allowed but I don't have the heart to disturb her.
Diet going well - just recreated yesterday's food diary and was relieved not to have exceeded my cals. I have no problem controlling carbs - it is the calories that sneak up on me.
Hope the rest of you are having a nice weekend as well.

Thats so interesting, Buffy. I have so many problems making my calories and yours sneak up on you. Maybe this is proof that my "science," the macronutrients, can't always be effective. You're doing great. And you have such a good heart not to disturb the cat. I wonder what's so cozy about your DH's desk. Have a good day, friend.

Heather - If I worked out like you I wouldn't need to be concerned! The cat likes to be up where the dog won't disturb her. And the dog cannot understand why kitties don't like to play with him.
