I'm posting my before & after pic here instead of in the group because I want to be able to delete it. Wasn't sure if I could do that if I upload to the B&A group. I rarely post pics of myself on the net. But it's about time. I'm about 5 pounds heavier now than when this pic was taken in March 2011. I need to get remotivated to take off the last few pounds instead of putting them back on like I have been lately.
