Another .2 lb drop weigh in. I'll take it, any drop really, happily but I am concerned that at this slow ass rate I won't be below 210 by the 1st of February as I'd hoped. I'm going to be keeping my "fed window" as small as I can today-within 8 hours-and eating only my planned foods, despite going to a party this evening. This morning I did make up the Sunday Tofu Scramble with toast and coffee. Yummy. Now off for my morning hike-now that it's warmed up a little. Best to you all here at FS.
210.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Limit carbs to 45-50 per day.

Yes to a .2 drop! Goals are good but at times need reevaluating. Keep on keeping on.
