I was up a pound this morning, despite being 100% on plan Saturday. I think it's because I didn't get enough sleep last night. I am not freaking out about it. I know how much the body can fluctuate from day to day. I did get in my bike ride. It was a nice chilly, cloudy day. We got some rain later in the afternoon. Our first real Autumn weather.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
