Lazy Sunday. Going to the library, walking 2 miles there and back. Found my fitbit charger and the fitbit is ready to go. Getting my eating plan organized by my cook so that I can just grab and go during the week. I will try be loading the info on fatsecret manually most of the time, I suspect, after Thanksgiving.

my friend is a cook, food writer and editor. It costs about the same as signing up for those weight loss programs where they send you the food
