Stayed home this weekend to get things in order for Thanksgiving and avoid a repeat of last weekend. Even turned down a dinner invite and boy, did it pay off!
252.4 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
