Last week I bought a soda, took two sips, decided it didn't taste that good and promptly dumped it.
Today I had a victory of a different kind. Late afternoon I was CRAVING fresh baked cookies and happened to have the dough in my fridge. It was the first time I was dying for sweets in over a week. I came so close to putting them in the oven but I checked myself and I a) was looking to bribe myself at work, b) had not drank any water all day, and c) told myself I could still have them if I still wanted them after my evening smoothie.
I'm glad to say I'm safely tucked into bed and I consumed zero cookies today! #mindovermatter
