Day 9 LCHF - NOT FEELING IT (life; the diet is going fine)

I've maintained 192.2 since Friday. Not sure why. Guess it's time to add in some exercise to keep this ball rolling. UGH...

My All-time favorite soda is back on the market after being off the shelves for about 20 years. CRYSTAL PEPSI... oh my gawd. I think I'll get one and hold it until Monday next week. I'll let myself have 4oz and give the rest away... maybe.

I've been up for about 3 hours, and I think today has been the most stressful day I've had in a while. I was late to work, found out my boss isn't coming in, I've two other people out from my team. I've already got about 20 emails to deal with, and I have ZERO drive to do any of it. It might be BC my TOM is impending (like seriously, any minute), I dunno just not feeling all put together today. I forgot my breakfast, but I had my snack. Deviled eggs. Quite tasty for breakfast. Not sure what I'm going to do for a snack later, I've got nuts (already weighed), but they are pretty carb-y so I would rather avoid them. Lunch is a bit light, so I will most likely be hungry this afternoon.

BAH, to day is not a good day.

Water! Water! Fill all your hunger pangs with a guzzle of cold water. Keep going until the hunger subsides that should see you over the hump. When I was doing "Serious Low Carb" I did that and it really helped me. Once I went to a cafe in a store with the family, they all tucked into cake and danish pastries while I just sat there with a peppermint tea! Tsk! Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Water really helped me though. Good luck with it. Keep your head up - you're doing a good thing - because you want to! :)

Crystal Pepsi, really! Hope you had a great day. I think I'll make eggs tomorrow. I also read in a few forums, if we can just make it a month, this lchf ketosis fat burn should kick in. Glad your doing well!

Thanks Mazchap; I do drink lots of water, but I'm discovering where my triggers are. Yesterday was very stressful at work. There were several times where I wanted to pack it all in and just run across the street to Dunkin' Doughnuts. But I managed to stay the course all day. @Lizzy; I have to wait a MONTH! ugh... I miss yogurt.

Hang in there, don't let a few hours ruin the day, or today ruin the week. Chin up focus and work through it. Attack the day in steps, do the hardest parts first. you can make it through.
