AT IT AGAIN!!!

My weight crept back up above 200 and that is not acceptable.

Eliminated sugary drinks and back at the calorie counting. Adding small daily amounts of yoga, stretching, and trips to the water fountain (get water & a walk).

I am continually astonished at the number of clothes I have in my own closet. Buuuuut... I cannot fit into any of them. My current goal is set at 170 - I would like to get there & maintain that for while.

Side note - I hate burping my multi-vitamin! UGH!
