Want to get down to 160 using low/now carb diet and drink and shrink. Then I want to do another round of drops, probably a short round this time and hope for another 20 lb loss. I have lost over half of my hair because of extreme weight loss and low calorie diet....no regrets though. I still fill fantastic.
