Prepping food for another couple of day at the beach starting tomorrow. :) So far on the menu: grass fed hamburger patties with lettuce with tomato on coconut flour buns, sausage (min processed nothing added, will season myself) & egg (free range) muffins, LC Chipotle Chicken thighs, crock pot grass fed beef rump roast (with rutabaga, carrots, and onions added for the kids), coconut flour biscuits & shrimp avocado salad. Some fruit & lemonade(with stevia) for the kids. Kerry gold butter & coconut oil also packed. Thermos ready for coffee. :D

Thank you. I wouldn't be packing so much, but my sis and kids are going to have to eat too...lol. My sis will probably end up at a burger joint, but just in case. :)

Thank you all! I think I'll through in a few oysters baked in butter, garlic, paprika, and parsley also. Must be well prepared for this lifestyle. ;)
