I've been off this site and away from journaling for a while now. When I started gaining weight again, even though I was following my way of eating, I started getting discouraged and just completely fell away and eventually went back to eating full carbs, just anything and everything that I wanted. Fortunately, I really didn't gain too much weight BUT I could definitely tell a difference in my belly---it bloated out. When I made my appointment to have my 5 year colon check (colonoscopy), I made up my mind that I would come back to low carb/keto and stop drinking sodas--get back on track--the cleanse beforehand would be a great start!! So, here I am--back again--and plan to document all of my foods taken in....
