Down another pound but not entirely happy with results...for sure lost a bit of fat around the ribs and sides but I've also visibly lost more muscle too...legs are looking and feeling weaker and that is not good! I would like to cut some more fat from my midsection, but I may have to wait a bit to see if I can regain a bit of muscle strength and size before cutting again...hmmm, so confused...should I continue to slow cut or should I stabilize / grow muscles then cut?

Thanks Jimmie!! I actually got that link already from one of your prior posts and I've read the article (bookmarked too). My target goals are a bit different from the writer however and I'm not a gym goer unless I'm travelling...then I have a pretty specific program that I follow that works for me...thanks anyways mate!!

@Carmen, "Inadvertently" because I would NOT want to be at a weight that was lower than my best power to weight ratio...I think I am Ok though, the issue which @Northernmusician got me thinking about was muscle glycogen...I think that was the weakness issue (for a number of reasons)...will know for sure later today or tomorrow at the latest....if that was the case, I am good to continue on the downward fat loss trend.

Steven, I think what the problem becomes, is you would like to sculpt yourself to have mass, and definition at the same time, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. I was a largely built guy with a little bit of gut. You might say I looked bigger and stronger back then, but I wasn't as healthy. Now that I have lost the weight, I really don't look big, and strong anymore, but I feel so much better, and am more healthy, all around. It is too bad, that we can't really sculpt ourselves like a Greek statue, but I don't look at losing the weight as breaking down muscle. It is just the way the transformation works. You can be extremely happy with the before and after, and I am sure you feel much better also. Great work with that! Congrats!
