Choirs of angels sing! After only a couple of days of rabbit food, sorry green salad, I'm back on track. Celebrated with a whole bagel for breakfast, feeling stuffed now!
139.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can identify with that too. Well done. I learned from the hotel dinners that you can have smaller and tastier meals that are satiating, its just the full breakfasts overbalanced the diet :)
