You can always adjust your calorie consumption instead of the amount of exercise, so at least for a transition period you will be able to rest your body and mind. During diets and gym life, we always need to make those wise changes so we'll not be discouraged enough to forget our goal. Keep doing your best, sleep better (investigate about relaxation techniques), try to enjoy your gym routine (don't see it as an awful obligation, see it as an enjoyed time), and if you're the religious kind of people remember that prayer is incredibly powerfull.

So sorry to hear about you feeling down. I can completely relate. All I can say is keep trying and don't give up. It feels hard and difficult at times but it would all be worth it and one day you'll look back and see that feeling far away from you. I personally take caffeine tablets to help me with energy and motivation.

its hard to make time for everyone and yourself and the gym.. One thing that helped me was cut back my gym days to 2-4 times a week during the week and take walks during lunch .. then work out Saturdays to make up for it. What I do now is work out before work BUT that is a really hard choice to make and it takes a lot of time and discipline and I only recommenced if your a morning person and the gym is really that important to you. The gym takes a lot of my time and I literally drop everything Im doing and I know Ive put my family on the back burner a few times. Family comes 1st though. Its a tough decision to make.. good luck ..

i made a promise to myself that no skipping gym day till end of march .. really need to get under 120. i'm trying to minimize my calories as well especially from grains /wheat products & rice for next 2 weeks, so i went and got me couscous & it's so yummy :) i did recently learn the power of slow cooker & may i tell you it's i'm happy i did. i can't make food w/it daily though. i'm still learning. at gym i'm trying everything for now to see what i like better & what works better for my body. For next week i will prob make a diet & exercise program
