Slowly inching my way in the right direction. Lots of sacrifices for minimal losses. But then again, no one said that this will be an easy task...esp for someone over 40. It's a marathon not a sprint so as long as I stay the course we'll get to the finish line...eventually.

Great attitude...thank you for the reminder...Something I read...Don't put a deadline on your body. We have our entire life to be healthy and happy. Losing 20lbs in 30days doesn't mean anything.... Our body is the result of our choices, I know that I can make better choices....
