DAY 65 ...here we go again ..mum has stope the notes of food , exercise & journal ..and yep she now regrets it . The scales do not lie .5 days I have not placed anything on my fat secret , just plodded on has normal .then the odd nasty old habit creaps in and the scales thing start again . Instead of posting on here , eating the right things & ignoring the bloody scales ..This is a new start from today ..xx
