It is crazy to get up so early and still feel RUSHED!! LOL!!! Such is my life.
Not a lot of time to journal this morning which saddens me because I am feeling like I have a lot to say to myself and this place is perfect for that process. I have a conference call in 15 minutes ... so much will have to wait.
I am attractive and desirable. I make $100,000 a year. People pay me for my expertise. I am finacially responsible. I am long and lean, strong and tall. I weigh 180 lbs. I am a non-smoker. I crave healthy foods. I am satisfied eating healthy foods.
I am organzied and efficient. I am smart and capable. I am able to pay all my bills. I vacation regularly. I am kind to myself. I take care of myself. I have waiting lists for registration to my workshops. I listen carefully and respond thoughtfully.
I am grateful for this place. It has provided me with so many opportunities ... more diverse than "weight loss."
I am grateful for hubby and I working together/separately on shifting our patterns and self-talk.
I am grateful for all the opportunities I have.
I am grateful for smoothies!!
I am grateful my husband is enjoying stir-fry and has cooked me many meals lately!!
Must dash ... sorry to run ... be good to yourselves today!!

Oh I did remember to give Steve a great big hug from you. lol He swears by that book. Gives it all the credit for where he is today. I do have to start reading it.

Thank you for passing on my hug to Steve!!! Maybe someday I will be able to you each a big hug in person!! I think I'll add it to my list of goals. Bob has been reading another book by Brian Tracy on "goals" while I am reading the Maximum Achievement book. I just ordered one more of each so we can both have our own marked up copies. Already it is making a difference. It certainly isn't a quick read but I have to tell you Cathy ... as I've read some parts I think about you too ... you are going to LOVE the book!!

Oh I get it, its like Oprah's dream board. How you envision your life, what you want. I like! I read yesterdays journal, I like your challenge too. So, I accept! I would love to find my chosing power! LOL Took some of your words, and put them on a post it right on my comp.
