Ok here goes.... now mind you I'm NOT unhappy with losing a pound a week, I even joined a challenge to do just that. What I'm not understanding is exactly WHY I'm ONLY losing one pound a week. I haven't changed a thing about my diet and I mean NOTHING HAS CHANGED. So I'm confused as can be because I was steady at 2 lbs a week. Have I hit a plateau or since I'm down this much do I need to do something else to to lose a bit more or is it my body trying to help me out? I know my carb level has been this whole time 20 carbs per day or less. Anyway if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it. Oh I haven't exercised at all during this time but still have continued to lose until now.

Weight loss slows down as you reach your target weight, meaning you have to reduce the amount of calories you take in or you've got to up the exercise if you want to maintain your previous rate.

I do understand the exercise part but the calories? I haven't done calorie counting at all, just carbs. I will try the calorie thing though and see if it works. Thanks, I appreciate the input. :)

I've read over and over again that the last 10 lbs is the hardest to lose, and from your "blue bar" it looks like you've achieved your goals. I have been giving some thought to what I do when I reach my goal because I am completely content and satisfied with what I am eating to lose weight. Do I try to eat more calories? Addling carbs is dangerous for me because of my tendency to overdo and develop blood sugar issues. BUT for your situation, yes I'd say check the calories. Even though I do low carb I seem to have to stay around 1400 to lose weight. I just discovered that you can adjust your RDI here based on your activity level and mine came up 1500 cals to - I guess - maintain?

hi! maybe change the timing of your exercise too - try exercising on an empty stomach (so first thing in the morning) -which i know, sucks, but it gives your body no choice but to burn fat. congrats on being so close to goal!!

Thanks everyone I do so appreciate the input. I'm going to spend the next couple days or so figuring out what my calories are running and then if I'm spending too many calories at this level I'll know what to do next!
