hi everyone i think i have carb flu; lol im feeling weak and lethargic.. i looked online and for two weeks you can feel like this till the body gets used to less carbs and more fat and protein, ive been going to the gym but it was to hot today and i sweat enough doing the lawn outside. I will stick with the low carbs, ive cut out bread altogether , no rice or potatoes, no pasta, ive had a couple of crackers today, thats all, not feeling guilty, just want my energy back, a cup of milo before bed as a treat, im so thirsty, it said on this website that would happen, very thirsty, i had a bit of watermelon today that was nice out of the fridge, the water from the tap doesnt taste very good im going to have to buy some bottled water i think
