hi everyone
i think i have carb flu; lol im feeling weak and lethargic.. i looked online and for two weeks you can feel like this till the body gets used to less carbs and more fat and protein, ive been going to the gym but it was to hot today and i sweat enough doing the lawn outside. I will stick with the low carbs, ive cut out bread altogether , no rice or potatoes, no pasta, ive had a couple of crackers today, thats all, not feeling guilty, just want my energy back, a cup of milo before bed as a treat, im so thirsty, it said on this website that would happen, very thirsty, i had a bit of watermelon today that was nice out of the fridge, the water from the tap doesnt taste very good im going to have to buy some bottled water i think

Usually rough for the first few days then you will feel better! Your body is detoxing so keep in mind that this is a good thing! Take excedrin if you need to, eat and be kind to yourself ♥

I went through this when I was taking in a lower amount of carbs than I was used to... I'm doing my best to get lower and lower. I felt sick at first too but today I'm feeling really good! theres a light at the end of the tunnel

hiya, yes its been about two weeks since ive started it , no bread ect, just this week ive had flu symptoms, but i get colds this time of year anyway. Its getting better today, ive upped the protein as i dont think i was eating enough
