Did not expect a weight gain. I am still watching what I am eating. No pop or junk food since the start of the year. The only thing I can think of is that I joined the gym and I added muscle on. Hopefully next week will be better.
324.0 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
