started with my challenge last week and friday at 100.4kg . i didnt see any improvemnets this week the scale went 99.8kg , then back to 100.2kg and to my surprise this morning i'm at 98.8kg. so i'm having a feel good friday. i prefer weighing myself daily and logging my weight on a friday morning. i've been counting every calorie that i'm eating and i'm make sure i'm staying below my RDI intake. next week i start with gym. i doubt that my weight will go down because i would like to loose body fat , but still remain the current weight with muscle mass..
