This was a surprise this morning...I'll take it.

Not feeling well today. I have a scratchy throat and feel like I'm floating around in my head. I've already scrapped the lunch time run.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
