So, spurred on by a mate, I've reset my target weight to 133lbs. This means I need to lose another 7lbs, boo. and also I need to think about diet more again. Good news is that when I get to 133lbs I'll be the weight I was before I got pregnant (15 years ago!) so I should feel like a new me! Wish me luck!

Plan; drink more water, no alcohol in the week, more vegetables, fewer carbs and fat... less sugar, no junk, no sweeteners.
140.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
