Wanted a type of poke bowl for dinner.... this was amazing.... had leftover rump mince so i added it... im Struggling to get in all my foods for the day but we getting there. any tips maby? to meet my fiber and Protein targets......

bran flakes, chia and flax seeds are great for increasing fibre intake i use protein powder to increase my protein if i haven’t had enough in my day, but canned tuna is also a great low cal high protein food (same with chicken breasts, lean mince and low fat/fat free cottage cheese) !
