counting everything today. It helps as when I think of eating something, I end up deciding not to as I know how many calories there are in it and that if I want to lose wt I have to keep my expenditure to 1200 or less, no matter how much I exercise. (except of course I only do vigorous exercise for 1 hour 3-4 times a week.
