Started back to the gym today. Grandsons are back in school. I am going to try a pilates class tomorrow. I've never done it and haven't done many classes as a group. I feel a little scared and nervous...I am such a klutz sometimes :-)
The class is described as going at your own pace, no matter your physical condition

Fear not! Pilates classes are either using pulley machines or they are a mat class, which means you are laying down for most of it. It is the true Abs Of Steel form of exercise, and you will be sore (but in a good way).
