Lost quite a bit of weight in last few days. I am sure it is from losing all the water weight I gained on my trip to Cozumel. It was hot, lots activity requiring extra water, an American Plan resort (all food included), 24 hour buffet, all drinks free. Fortunately it came off quickly. At the hour of my arrival in the US I was back on my strict diet.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good on you for landing straight back into it! I find it hard when I'm sugar-loaded from a holiday, and if my holiday was in Australia, I usually have a suitcase full of Aussie goodies which makes it harder to get back on track. It's great to do what you did and not bring the bad eating home with you.
