Yesterday marks my first weight loss since starting up. I'm not sure what the key was, but I just didn't feel hungry all day and was well below my RDI for calories. I walked for 80 minutes, and felt great about it. I did wait to eat until 2 pm, but that's actually earlier than usual. This time, I guess I just focused on what's good for me when I did eat. Whatever the key is, I would like to focus on that and repeat it.
