For anyone and I know there are. I know a few people and just wants to be healthy and could careless about their body fat. Give that video a watch and from my experience recently it bodes very true! I was 180 high body fat and low muscle mass. I felt very unhealthy, aching of the heart, random headaches, lots of fatigue. I am now 193 lifting weights and building good muscle mass. And I feel just as healthy as when I was 160 lean. So it’s really the low muscle mass that was causing all my problems.... atleast for me. And for those people they could eat at a higher calorie and lift hard and be just as healthy as the 10-14% people
